	2.	Family Values and the need for shared responsibility between parents is vital to a child's development.	A Dad!
	3.	Children deserve two parents
	1..	Children. Parents should not have to put their children in unsuitable situations. Richard Hillman Foundation does not support putting children in harms way. However we believe even parents in unsuitable situations deserve the right to rebuild their relationship with their estranged children, through counseling and supervised access.
	2.	Family Values To often the need for balance with in the family is forgotten about. With only one parent in the family home often their just is not enough time to do everything. Estranged parents need more regular contact to provide that balance.
	3.	Children of good Parents should be able to spend equal time with their Mother and Father where ever possible. 50/50 shared care is the only true, equal balance.
