	Dear Member As a constituent of yours I would like you to do something about the inequality and injustice of the Family Law Courts. Governments current measures and policies for dealing with Marriage Breakdowns are creating victims of Parents and Children. They destroy family values and create more problems than solutions. Family Court is bais toward the parent who remains with the children in the family home, often the mother. While the estranged parent is left with little access and fewer rights. Family court orders are often unworkable, hard to change, not enforced or policed and therefore not obeyed. The entire process of separation and divorce encourages deceit and mistrust within the family unit. All resident/contact orders should be based on a 50/50 shared bases unless their is clear evidence that such contact would place a child in harms way.
