	Although we have no hard evidence it seems that EMPLOYMENT is the core. It is said that governments get elected and re-elected on three main issues - inflation, interest rates and employment. Good controlled figures on these issues usually result in re-election.

	Unfortunately, however the "Human Misery Industry" is a big and growing industry, and appears to be filling the employment void, as our manufacturing industry is exported overseas.
	However it also has the elements of any drama. Some people like the power as they build their empire. This is particularly true of the public service where department heads salaries depend on the size of the department. This could be why Welfare Departments never have enough staff to do the jobs and more and more are needed.
	Other departments are also kept busy with the diseases from Separated Homes;
	The Police with dysfunctional behaviour. Schools with children who won't or have any interest in learning or conforming. Health with over activity, discipline and mental illnesses of children and stress related illnesses in affected adults. Private enterprises are also well rewarded as now two of everything is required - houses, furnishings, cars, clothing.
	IF FAMILY LAW WAS ABOUT HELPING FAMILIES BE HAPPIER?
	1. If Family Law was about "Children's Issues." More children according to Parkinson's research should enjoy Joint/Equal Time 50/50 Parenting. In Parkinson's research children were asked about their preferred living arrangements when their parents separated. Most children replied ' half and half, ' because' this is what children want!' So if Family Law was really about Children's Issues, 50/50 Hands on Equal Parenting would be the norm.
	2. Is Family Law about "Parent/Adult Issues"? Many would say it is ! Certainly about one parent's issues because it seems that with the present Sole Parent model the only parent remotely happy with their lot is the custodial parent.
	We can safely say it is UNLIKELY FAMILY LAW IS ABOUT
	No real figures as there doesn't seem to be so we can only say and write what appears to be happening !!
	We know that Family Law IS NOT ABOUT : in Australia at least
	1. Research: If Family Law was about research, Yuri Joakimidis' monograph ' Back to the Best Interests of the Child: Towards a rebuttable presumption of Joint Parenting, ' after 10 -15 years of publication would be widely criticised BUT it is not.

Father Suicide: If it was about father suicide the Government and Suicide Agencies would have done research into the 24 - 44 age bracket of suicide, as suggested by Cantor and Baume in their conclusions to their mid-nineties research into suicide at the Australian Institute for Research and Prevention of Suicide at the Griffiths Hospital in Queensland. 07 3875 7111 .... because now most research centres around minimisation rather than fixing.
	Why is this Important?
	Cantor and Baume made 3 significant recommendations:
	1. Youth suicide 2. Aboriginal suicide in custody 3. Suicide in the 24 - 44 male age bracket and it's correlation to family breakdown.
	The first two have been actively pursued but not the latter, in fact, it seems to be actively ignored.
	3. Child Abuse: Governments have known for years that child abuse is higher in Single Parent Homes but have failed to act. This is governments of both persuasions.
	4. False Allegations and Denials: Polygraphs and perjury would fix these but again governments are reluctant to act on "common sense" remedies to save children form high risk homes for failure and abuse.
	5. Disruptive Contact: The Family Court could stop this if they had the will. You could use the Federal Police. What about changing community attitudes with the masses of available research ?
	6. Move Always: Again could be fixed if they had the will.
	There is no apparent consistent argument in the Family Law and Child Protection Areas.
	7. Inconsistent Arguments: There are definitely two opposing arguments out there AND SEEM TO BE USED TO create confusion.
	The arguments appear to be along gender lines, BUT are they ?? Should it be "Support those who are willing to Lie." because both genders are victims of both sides of the argument even though the majority falls along gender lines.
	Father's mainly, but not exclusively, complain of false allegations of Domestic Violence and Child abuse. There is no, or inclusive at best, evidence available.
Top	Mother's mainly complain, but not exclusively, of false denials of Domestic Violence and child abuse when clear and convincing evidence is available often medical.
	Question: If Family Courts clamped down and exposed the liar, how much business would lawyers have ?
	Remember it is the job of the lawyer "to create business for themselves."
	In an adversarial system creating business is best done by creating + maintaining conflict and unfortunately in our society this appears to be supporting the liar.
	Question: What does any honourable person do if they are subject to lies, particularly socially monstrous lies? They fight for their integrity and principles = courts are full .......
	Subsequent Government's are happy as all this misery creates jobs which means they have a better chance of re-election.
	Under John Howard's leadership - and the message was "Give us, the Liberals, the numbers and we'll fix Family Law" approximately 16,000 father's committed suicide and remember these were the good Father's who loved and missed their kids so much that suicide became the only option..... the cads could not care less .... and unless good arguments can be presented it all seems to be about employment.
	Under Rudd, only time will tell!
Top	* Governments and powers to be, continually ignore the real figures about Domestic Violence and Child Abuse - WHY ??? Perhaps this is why both the major parties will not change Family Law policies under any circumstance.
	Two Conflicting Arguments and Reasoning for a Behaviour.
	7.2. Parental Alienation : Again there is not a consistent argument. Both victims of lies, firstly in non-abusive situations and secondly in abusive situations. Reward the liar = business to lawyers.
	7.2.1. Parents - non-abusive situations - (read Fathers) are told by their lawyers, that there is no such thing as Parental Alienation and ignore their cries of innocence, saying violence and abuse are serious crimes and need to be fully investigated and while the investigation is in process there will be no contact as the safety of the child is paramount. Investigation takes time = status quo for Sole Parenting Order.(Lone Fathers)
	7.2.2. Protective Parents (read Mothers) are told that by raising the issues of abuse and violence against their ' ex' they are trying to alienate their children from their "ex" and since the best interests of the child served by having a loving and meaningful relationship with both parents, the custodial mother (the protective Mother) should ensure that uninterrupted contact continues or the courts will alter the orders giving the abusive/bad Father joint parenting or worse, full residency, as this parent is more likely to provide continuous uninterrupted contact. 	DISCUSS:
Top	1.Remove the good parent creates > chance of dysfunctional kids > chance dysfunction in society = JOBS and re-election. 2. Don't you find it odd that a parent is refused contact with their own child due to abuse but is allowed to socialise with other children in society??
	SO WHAT IS THE FAMILY LAW / COURT REALLY ABOUT..... Greed ........ self gratification ... power .... income There are theories and opinions on how the public service grows itself and why as discussed above.
	The ' Human Misery Industry ' is a big business and growing.
	The new growth in all of these Industries seems to have its basis in Family Breakdown.
	1. Family / Magistrates Courts + Family Relationship Centres 2. Law and Order : How many children / youths / people who come form loving and meaningful relationships with both parents end up in trouble? 3. Health : Depression seems to lead to both Physical and Mental Health 4. Education : Becoming more about disruption, violence and protection rather than learning. 5. Drugs : illicit 6. Prescribed Drugs : depression etc. ADHT 7. Some say that a third and up to a half on new housing is for single mums wanting to start and create a new life for themselves. + Furnishings etc. + cars + clothing + toys ....
	SO if FAMILY LAW and HUMAN MISERY are meant to be, and it seems that it is all meant to be, as no Government really wants to change the system, NEW APPROACHES are REQUIRED. .........
	YES, your misery is very important to the modern economy, because the modern economy is based on 'Human Misery ' ............... just look around and find a manufacturing job .......
